Shanghai DBS Bank Tower

The Shanghai DBS Bank Tower is located in the B4-2-2 plot on the north side of the Lujiazui Financial Center. It faces the North Bund across the river. Kempinski Hotel, on the west side is the planned Hon Hai project. The DBS Bank Building covers an area of approximately 12,000 square meters, with a construction area of approximately 46,000 square meters, a building height of 90 meters, 18 floors above ground and 3 floors underground.
